This is an estimate. Actual payout depends on your referral activity and how long referred studios stay with Workroom. Subscription figures use the published Workroom pricing for the plan and billing cycle you pick, per user per month. Commission is on the subscription only — the one-time go-live fee is not commissionable. The year one total assumes you hold this pace all four quarters, so studios referred early earn for longer than ones referred at the end; the year two and three figures are the monthly rate on everything referred across that first year.

What counts as a Qualified Referral?
A studio you refer that becomes a paying Workroom customer. Signups alone don’t count — they need to actually convert.
How often is my tier reviewed?
Your tier is evaluated on a rolling 15-month referred-MRR total, not a hard reset each quarter. That means a strong quarter can carry you for a while, and one slow quarter won’t knock you down overnight. We will also review the dollar thresholds themselves quarterly to begin with, moving to an annual review once the program has enough real data to calibrate against.
What happens if a studio I referred cancels?
Your tier status is never taken back. Once you’ve earned it, it’s yours. Commission on that specific account stops once they stop paying, since commission is tied to actual revenue coming in, but every studio you’ve ever qualified still counts toward your standing.
