Is there a free trial?
No, and deliberately. A trial means evaluating an empty system, which tells you nothing about software this connected. Instead every studio is set up in its own account, with its real vendors and projects, and has thirty days from go-live to get a full refund.
Why is the kickoff required?
Because the settings that make Workroom work for your studio (roles, rooms, numbering, taxes and payments) are the ones that go wrong when they’re set up in a hurry. The kickoff is one hour with a specialist, in your own account, for $149, and every migration package includes it.
Do you set up our chart of accounts in QuickBooks?
No. We’re not bookkeepers, and your books should be set up by the person who keeps them. In the QuickBooks session we show how the mapping works in Workroom and what we suggest, with your bookkeeper on the call.
Do I have to wait for the kickoff to use Workroom?
No. You have access as soon as you sign up. Your kickoff is scheduled at the same time, and go-live is when your studio is configured. The refund window opens then.
Do I have to pay for support?
No. Support is included on every plan: chat in the app, email, bug fixes and feature requests, with a person answering in about a minute on average. Training sessions are optional. See how support works.
We're 6 people but only 4 would use it daily. How should we license?
License the people who need an account. Clients reach their portal without a seat, and Pro has unlimited users, so you can add the other two whenever it makes sense.
Can we change plans or cancel?
Yes, at any renewal. Your data exports on the way out as readily as it imports on the way in.
What if we're bigger than twenty people?
Full migration is $2,450 and includes ten active projects, your historical records, the kickoff, the QuickBooks session and six training sessions. Beyond that, additional projects are $195 each. The subscription price per user doesn't change.
Do you help us move off spreadsheets or another platform?
Yes. Complete migration packages from $695 move your contacts, vendors, products and active projects, with onboarding and training included. Or move only what you need, from $195 a project.
