Where it stops
At the invoice. No design fee schedules, no retainers, no contractor bills, no change orders, no receiving, no project profitability. Accounting is invoices pushed out to Xero or QuickBooks.
Why the gaps cost money
A beautiful schedule tells you what you specified. It does not tell you what the job earned, or whether the fee you agreed in January still holds. Workroom carries one record from clip to margin.
