Onboarding, specifically answered
Is the kickoff required?
Yes, once per studio. It’s how every studio goes live, and your thirty-day guarantee starts at go-live, not at signup. Every migration package includes it, so no studio pays for it twice.
Do I have to pay for support?
No. Support is included on every plan: chat in the app, email, bug fixes and feature requests, with a person answering in about a minute on average. Training sessions are optional, for when you want to go deeper. See how support works.
Who should come to the kickoff?
Whoever runs the studio day to day, often the owner or a studio manager. Anyone else you invite is welcome.
Do you set up our chart of accounts?
No. We’re not bookkeepers, and your books should be set up by the person who keeps them. In the QuickBooks session we show how the mapping works in Workroom and what we suggest, and your bookkeeper makes the calls.
What if a topic needs more than an hour?
Book two sessions back to back. QuickBooks and imports often take two.
Can we import our own contacts, vendors and products?
Yes, for free. Workroom has import templates for all three, and the kickoff shows you how to use them. If you’d rather we did it, the migration packages include it.
How long do session packs last?
Twelve months from purchase. Use them on any topic, for anyone on your team.
