One record, from first clip to final payment
Workroom isn't seven tools in a bundle — it's one system where a product clipped from a vendor site becomes the spec, the proposal, the purchase order, the invoice, and the ledger entry. That single design is why everything downstream just works — and why the person running the firm can read what the job is actually earning without hiring a CFO to interpret it or waiting on an accountant to close the month.
Follow one sofa through your firm
The fastest way to understand Workroom is to watch a single item travel through it.
1 · Clip it
A designer finds the sofa on a vendor site and clips it. Image, cost, dimensions, and link land in the project — markup applied, client price set. Product Sourcing →
2 · Present it
The sofa drops into a proposal with your branding. The client approves online — timestamped, on the record, connected to the floor plan. Client Collaboration →
3 · Order it
One click turns the approved spec into a PO — vendor, sidemark, deposit tracked. Ship-date slips get flagged against install day. Purchase Orders →
4 · Bill it
The same record becomes an invoice line. The client pays by card or ACH; deposits and balances reconcile themselves. Estimates & Invoicing →
5 · Count it
Cost, price, freight, and the hours your team logged roll into live project margin — and sync to QuickBooks Online. Accounting & Reporting →
6 · Learn from it
AI reads the numbers across every project and brings them back to you — margin slips, growing unbilled balances, vendor cost creep — in time to price the next job on what this one actually did, rather than on what you hope it did. AI analysis →
Seven modules. One login. Zero re-entry.

Point tools can be excellent at one job — but every seam between them is a place where data gets retyped, versions drift, and errors hide. Workroom keeps the seams only where they belong: at your accounting system and the tools your team already loves.

Can we adopt one module at a time?
Yes — most firms start with sourcing + proposals, add POs within the first month, and turn on time tracking once the team is comfortable. The single record means each module you add makes the previous ones more valuable.
What replaces what, on day one?
Typically: the procurement spreadsheet, the proposal tool, the separate time tracker, and the project-status channel in Slack. QuickBooks stays — Workroom feeds it instead of replacing it.
How does migration work for an established firm?
We migrate client records, vendor records, invoices and estimates, purchase orders, products, timelogs, and tasks — then run an onboarding session with your team. Most firms are fully switched in about two weeks. See the migration offer on pricing.
What does it cost?
LITE is $29/user/month (up to 3 users); Pro is $67/user/month billed annually (or $79 monthly) with unlimited users. Pro includes a one-time go-live from $695, and you have thirty days from go-live to change your mind — full pricing here.
